COVID-19 Coronavirus Update from Lincoln Little League President

Return to Play: Rules and Regulations

Dear Parents,

The Governor has allowed Little League to resume game play starting July 1, 2020.  However in accordance with Governor Raimondo's Phase 3 guidelines, if you are coming to Rhode Island from a state with a positivity rate of COVID-19 greater than 5%, you will either have to self-quarantine for 14 days while in Rhode Island, or produce proof of a negative test for COVID-19 that was taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Rhode Island. A list of states with a positivity rate greater than 5% can be found below:

California

Florida

Georgia

Idaho

Iowa

Kansas

Louisiana

Mississippi

Missouri

Nebraska

Nevada

N. Carolina

Oklahoma

Oregon

Puerto Rico

S. Carolina

S. Dakota

Tennessee

Texas

Utah

Washington

** Note:  If you have traveled to any of the above-mentioned states, you will not be allowed to practice or participate in games for 14 days unless you produce proof of a negative test for COVID-19 that was taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Rhode Island
